By using RoastMyLanding, you agree to these Terms of Service. The service is provided by SIA Devs.lv, registered in Latvia, EU.

2. Service Description

RoastMyLanding provides AI-powered analysis and feedback on landing pages. We analyze publicly accessible URLs you submit and generate improvement suggestions.

3. Account & Payment

  • • You must provide accurate account information
  • • Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy
  • • Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT for EU customers
  • • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • • Submit URLs you don't have rights to analyze
  • • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • • Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service
  • • Share account access or resell credits
  • • Submit malicious URLs or content

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your landing pages. We retain ownership of our analysis methodology and generated feedback format. You may use the feedback we provide for any purpose.

6. Disclaimer

Our feedback is AI-generated suggestions, not professional consulting. We don't guarantee specific results. Use our suggestions at your own discretion. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Refund Policy

If you're unsatisfied with a roast, contact us within 7 days for a credit refund to your account. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase (EU consumer rights).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Unused credits are forfeited upon account closure (except as required by law).

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia, or through EU Online Dispute Resolution where applicable.
